Little Musketeers
fencing courses are designed to run
over a full school term and not as individual
classes. Payments must be made in advance
of each course. |
2) |
If
a child is unable to attend a class for any
reason, there will be no refund. We will endeavour
however to place the child on to a separate
class if possible but cannot be guaranteed. |

In case of absence, the
School/Parent/Guardian should notify Little
Musketeers on tel: 07930 490622 giving as
much notice as possible. |
4)
|
Little Musketeers cannot
guarantee a child’s place on any course if
payment has not been received by the due date. |
5) |
Little
Musketeers welcomes any child to attend a
single session as a taster and parents will
be charged a single class fee. |
6)

Should Little Musketeers
have to cancel its classes due to any circumstances
outside of its control, refunds or compensation
cannot be given. |
7)
|
Parents/Guardians should
ensure that their children arrive at least
10 minutes before the start of a Little Musketeers
class. We ask that all children wear their
club T-shirt along with appropriate tracksuit
bottoms and trainers. Long hair should be
tied back if necessary. |
8) |
For
those children who have progressed to using
plastic foils then appropriate sweatshirts
and tracksuit bottoms MUST be worn. |
9)

Children must bring adequate
fluids (i.e. a bottle of water), with them
to a Little Musketeers class and ask that
no sweets are consumed during the class. |
10) |
Little
Musketeers reserves the right to ask for a
child to be removed from the class for any
of the following reasons:
•.For any breach of the rules, conditions
or regulations, etc
• Should a child deliberately not respond
to training.
• For any kind of misbehaviour or deliberate
damage.
• For poor attendance. |

Parents/Guardians and
their families are welcome to watch classes
but are not permitted to interfere with the
running of the class. |

If
a child possesses a mobile phone then it must
be turned off / muted and must not be carried
around during a class. |
13) |
Little
Musketeers ask that Parents / Guardians take
responsibility of their children both before
the class has begun and immediately after
the class has ended. |

In the event
of a child wanting to go to the toilet during
a class, all children will be sent out in
pairs, as the instructors are unable to leave
the class. Should any parent be unhappy with
this arrangement then we advise that they
stay and conduct their child to the toilet
if necessary. |

Little Musketeers cannot
undertake responsibility for anything lost
or damaged on the premises. |
16)

Little Musketeers
reserves the right to amend or alter the fees
and classes as and when necessary. |
17) |
Little Musketeers
reserves the right to amend or alter its conditions
and rules at any time. |
